Crystals
(Claudia Scott)
Crystals
fall like little stars
On the ground and trees
and windows of cars
I remember sliding down
The hill was suddenly a battle ground
All
the flakes from just one cloud
On silver meadows they gather in crowds
I remember lying down
Making little angels on the ground
Through
my curtain I see them fall
Tiny bricks in a great white
In a great white
In a great white
In a great white wall
They seem so peaceful
Cover like a shawl
Keep me warm
Although so small
So many,
yet so unique
See them falling as we speak
Snowy crystals big and small
They fall down, on one and all
All the
flakes from just one cloud
On silver meadows they gather in crowds
I remember lying down
Making little angels on the ground
Crystals fall like little stars
